Lady Lucia Update (2023/January Edition)

Happy New Year, readers!

Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season. Personally, I’m ready to take a breath and get back to a healthy writing schedule this month. What will I be writing about? Glad you asked . . .

GENRE SURVEY RESULTS

Well, this survey more or less confirmed what I already knew, but thank you for voting anyway! Now I know for sure. Apparently my AR/ABDL content is the most appreciated, followed by Role Reversal, which seems to be a common desire amongst online readers when it comes to niche genres. Then about half my patrons enjoy my ENF and girl/girl stuff, which is the genre I began in. As a whole, it appears that my niche/fetish stories are more popular than the kind of erotic works that are more widely available and more commonly written online. 

So, in response to all the feedback I’ve received, here’s the plan that I’ll start the new year with: Twice a week, you’ll see something in the niche/fetish/transformative/etc. category(s). There really isn’t a good umbrella term. Essentially, two weekly story parts in the “Niche” blog. At the moment, those stories include The Faire, The Babysitter, The Step-Sister, The Housekeeper, and The Present. And, once a week, you’ll find a post in the “Erotic” blog; currently, that section includes The Prefect, The Dancer, The Sister, and The Senior. Yes, I know that ‘ENF’ doesn’t exactly belong there, but I’m making the call that my stories in that genre are closer to smut than they are to my other niche works. 

And, of course, there will also be my consistent Patreon posts on top of that. Five posts a week; three free and two extra for those that have pledged, now catered to what all of you enjoy reading the most. We’ll try this method for a little while and see how well it works for everyone!

As of last month, we hit the 100 Patron milestone. That means there will be a new short story posted on my Patreon some time this month! And, every time we hit a new multiple of 100, another story will be added to the mix. I’ll make sure to include a link on the “Exclusive Content” page as well, so it’s easy to access under all the subsequent posts. 

We’re still very close to the first pledge goal. Just a little more, and all my posts this year and beyond will be longer. As for the second goal, I’ll let that be a tease until we make it past the first one!

New Tier: Honestly, I don’t expect anything to come of this, but I did create a higher tier for anyone that really wants to make sure I stay on the writing path. The perks are whatever you want them to be, with the added benefit of my undying gratitude. :)

UPCOMING POSTS

Well, we had a tie in one of the surveys this time around. The Prefect and The Faire will both get some extra attention this month, as will The Road Trip like it usually does; I’ll also slightly focus The Tutor, as that one had a few votes. Additionally, a patron at the third tier requested more ENF; since one of those has already been voted for, I’ll also make sure to write more of The Dancer in the coming weeks as well. Everything else will have to be a surprise!
